Quality Control, Brand Alignment & Strategic Review Commentary

Damaris is actively engaged in ongoing quality control through structured review of the team’s outputs, ensuring consistent alignment with established branding standards and broader business objectives. This process reflects meaningful progress within the team, as there is a growing and clearer understanding of the value that brand consistency and quality discipline bring to the company.

In her review capacity, Damaris demonstrates a high level of analytical precision, with the ability to quickly identify design weaknesses as well as opportunities for refinement that may not be immediately visible to others. In the recent assessment of creative work, she noted additional detail-level considerations within the artwork; however, she intentionally selected only the most relevant points for feedback in order to maintain clarity, balance, and strategic focus.

Her contributions are not intended as criticism, but as structured, solution-oriented input aligned with long-term business growth. This reflects her consistent approach to brand development, where design quality, strategic positioning, and operational execution are considered as interconnected elements of business performance.

Branding remains a core pillar of Damaris’s work within business development, and her feedback is consistently guided by a macro-level perspective focused on sustainability, brand integrity, and long-term value creation.

This process has also contributed to ongoing team development, with Damaris gaining deeper insight into Benjamin’s team’s creative methodology, workflow approach, and execution standards, thereby strengthening cross-functional understanding and collaboration

Damaris assisted in refining the creative work by identifying and addressing visual imperfections to strengthen the overall quality and consistency of the brand. Her recommendations focused on achieving a high standard of design through attention to detail while avoiding unnecessary visual noise or elements that could distract from, or conflict with, the established brand identity. To further support Benjamin's team, Damaris developed and presented two design proposals that demonstrated practical solutions aligned with the company's branding standards and strategic direction.

"Demonstrating that strategic simplicity is fundamental to strong brand communication, ensuring clarity, eliminating visual noise, and enhancing the effectiveness of the brand identity."

2nd Part

Damaris developed the concept around a powerful insight: wildlife can suffer from human waste when traditional sanitary bins are used.

This idea became the foundation of the campaign, highlighting the importance of responsible waste disposal that protects both the environment and the safari experience.

She-Bin

We are combining digital marketing, safari, and a sanitary pad disposal bin into one campaign, we can create a message that is both memorable and socially impactful.

Following an extensive brainstorming and creative evaluation process, Damaris selected the campaign concept with the greatest potential to create a memorable, impactful, and strategically effective message for this project.

Campaign Concept: Respect Nature. Respect Women.

Headline:

"Protect Wildlife Outside. Protect Women's Dignity Inside."

Message:

A safari is about respecting nature. Your washrooms should reflect the same respect for your guests. Our sanitary disposal bins offer a safe, discreet, and professional solution for feminine hygiene products while helping maintain clean facilities.

"Protect Wildlife Outside.

Protect Women's Dignity Inside."

These examples are drawn from an extensive visual research process in which Damaris reviewed thousands of images, applying her world-class brand expertise and meticulous attention to quality, design, and presentation.

Capture the emotional moment of a curious wild animal looking into a bin and finding a discarded sanitary pad. The animal's expression should convey concern and confusion, reinforcing the message that human waste does not belong in nature.

In African safari lodges and camps, several wild animals are well known for investigating or raiding human waste bins, especially if they contain food scraps or scented items. For the campaign, the spotted baboon is the strongest choice in Maun. It is widely recognized as a scavenger, fits naturally within the safari environment, and powerfully reinforces the message that improperly disposed sanitary waste can attract wildlife and negatively affect animal health and natural behavior. This makes it both memorable and credible for safari lodge audiences.

Who thinks our rubbish bin is the hottest restaurant in the bush?

YOU GOT IT

RIGHT !!!

Damaris is already turning this concept into a memorable campaign.

Traditional Bins + Wildlife = Disease and Death.

She-Bin + Wildlife = Protect Wildlife Outside. Protect Women's Dignity Inside.
